I'm asking if its possible to manually download patches/updates and install them. The reason is whenever there is a new patch that needs to be downloaded, the battlenet client always gets stuck at Fetching Data Indices. However, my internet connection is fine and I can still play/update other online games. I have been able to work around this by using a mobile LTE device (from different ISP than what I normally use). Using the mobile device I can get past the Fetching Data Indices and move on to downloading the patch, at which point I switch back to my main internet connection cause its much faster.
