Does anyone know how I might affect the number of rings before voicemail picks up on a Mitel 5224 (or the MAS)? I know I'm able to enable/disable voicemail from the web-admin, but I have no idea how to change the number of rings before it picks up. I don't claim to be an expert but I played around with and installed two intertel 3000's and I always found their support (back when it was intertel, pre mitel merger) to be good. If you dig deep enough on their site they have manuals and guides for just about everything.
