Ninja Blade is an action game that takes you into a battle against mutated human beings who have been infected by what's called the 'Alpha-worm'. The story begins when a village is attacked by strange creatures and those who have survived are brought into Tokyo for further analysis. The mutation becomes substantial and the newly deformed humans break out of the facility into the city. To avoid making the situation any worse than it already is, the G.U.I.D.E. Force hires a group of modern ninjas to help them deal with the outbreak.
