I have such a love for that music. I grew up listening to it, and as I got older and moved here I started to meet these people.

Meet the bands, meet the people behind it. I made friends, connections and I’ve actually been doing a lot of these festivals.

I did the M3 Festivaland it’s all because of these connections I’ve made and I’m so grateful for that. Sometimes I wonder myself, how is this even happening right now? It’s crazy, and it’s like a dream come true. What are you looking forward to the most about Hair Nation?

I’ve never seen Bret Michaels live. That’ll be nice. I think he’s the only one on the entire festival that I’ve never seen live. Most of these bands I’ve done previous festivals with except Bret. Obviously I’m excited to see Uncle Vince (Neil), [laughs].

That’ll be really great. There’s a lot of acts I’m excited to see.

What can we expect from your show at Hair Nation? We’re going to be doing some originals and going to be paying tribute to some amazing artists. Gabbie Rae with Lita Ford, Eddie Truck and more at the Hair Nation Festival Press Conference How did the Europe tour go and what were some of the highlights? That was so incredible. A lot of people don’t know but that was my first US tour. There were 16 shows so about a month. It was amazing.

We had the full tour experience. We had an entire tour bus, and I mean, Europe was a real great band to go out with and especially for someone’s first time because they were so down to earth. They kind of help you figure out the ropes of touring. So, they were really great. The crowds were so amazing, they really took us in and supported us.

It was a good experience for tour. As soon as we got home we’re like, now what? Now we want to go back out. Why did we stop? [laughs] Any strange or scary happenings while on that tour?

The bus broke down twice. The funny thing about that is, people told me to expect something to happen to the bus. On every tour, something happens to the bus and we’re like, nah, it’s a new bus.

It broke twice. One of them was my fault. What did you do? We had had a really late night, we probably went to bed – we did a show and then on our way to the next venue we took a detour and went to Windsor, AZ to see everything.
